Attorney(s) Needed for New Bankruptcy Practice

We are seeking recent law school graduates who want to pair up with experienced paralegals to start their own bankruptcy practice. We are looking for 50/50 remote/in-office work in the Pittsburgh area. Full or part-time to start. Why choose us?

Our experience:

- Fully trained paralegals; 20+ years with Chapter 7, 11, and 13 debtor bankruptcies

- Familiarity with all bankruptcy software programs, including Best Case

- Drafting legal documents; excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Meeting with clients at all stages of the bankruptcy process

- Familiarity with the Local Rules of the Western District of PA

- Electronic filing of documents via CM/ECF

- Complete case tracking and monitoring

- Appointment scheduling, calendaring, and office management

- Proactive client retention/advertising
