Description We are offering a unique employment opportunity for an Auditing Clerk in the non-profit sector, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (This location has free parking provided and they are also bus accessible!) This role primarily involves data entry functions, income calculations, data verification, document auditing, and obtaining necessary documentation to assist individuals in our community.This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking for a rewarding opportunity!Candidates will be responsible for the following duties:

Carry out data entry tasks with accuracy and speed

Perform income calculations as part of auditing duties

Verify data entries and rectify any errors found

Conduct document auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy

Acquire and maintain necessary documentation to assist individuals in the community

Exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Demonstrate proficiency in working with numbers and completing calculations

Showcase intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

Apply knowledge of Auditing and Federal Grant regulations in daily tasks

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals

Must be comfortable working with numbers and completing calculations

Intermediate computer skills

Must be reliable and punctual

Additional Details: Start Date: Candidates should be able to start as of Tuesday, 9/3/24! Schedule: Hours are 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. This schedule is firm!Pay is $20/hour.Duration: This is a temporary position. The duration is estimated to be approximately 4 weeks.
