Bathroom DEMOLITION

Small bathroom (7’x7’) demolition.

Demolishing the floor, shower stand tiles. Removing the shower stand base, brown laminate on sheet rock, toilet and vanity. No removing of the plumbing or ceiling.

I will pay $30 dollars per hour. Must take garbage except for vanity and shower base if not damaged. The garbage feed is $150 which I will pay you separate.

The job should not take no more than 8hrs. If you do it right in less than 8 hours, I will pay you the whole 8 hours. Must be careful with plumbing. This is a one man job.

I will paid cash and pay you once job is done.
