We are looking for a supervisor of a team of 7-10 analysts.  The successful candidate will have experience in managing a remote team; assigning tasks; ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks; tracking, analyzing, and validating data related to work requests from clients.  In addition, this role requires competent knowledge of SQL queries to retrieve and analyze information in relational databases, billing or account reconciliation activities, resolution of complex issues, and dedication to continuous process improvement. Expert SQL skills are highly valued.This role will support the Retail Operations team, enabling them to achieve high performance goals in quality and efficiency. In this role, the candidate will support the Company’s Retail Energy practice by providing support to the retail operations group in database validation, billing, EDI, and client management. This position will suit a candidate comfortable working under deadlines and with competing priorities. Scope of work will include supporting the team to complete error corrections, client billing portfolio management, monitoring and validating bill and payment processing queues, and bill process development and implementation. The successful candidate will be a high energy self-starter, a positive team player, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Being detail oriented and a person of integrity are essential qualities, as is an ability to handle new tasks and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.This position will work closely with both the India and US teams to accomplish shared goals. This position will require supporting US clients during part of the normal US workday.Representative Duties:Supervises a team responsible for retail electricity billing, reconciliation, and analysis.Leads and works with staff to help resolve complex problems.Ensures staff is trained and aligned with new initiatives.Continuous review of existing processes to identify opportunities that will increase efficiency and controls.Operationalizes and implements identified improvements.Drive accountability of team by managing and monitoring key metrics.Manage workload balancing and team delivery of commitments.Anticipates, resolves and responds to escalated service and production issues with focus on the client.Motivates staff with appropriate recognition and feedback.Use professional experience to assist with completion of ad hoc projects as needed
