Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced Biomed Equipment Technicians II and III in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA) to work for a large healthcare network. Responsibilities for the Biomed Equipment Technicians II and III include: • Perform repair and scheduled maintenance on patient and non-patient electronic /mechanical equipment such as Anesthesia machines, NICU equipment, Fetal monitors, Lab equipment, Blood Cell Savers, and other Diagnostic and monitoring equipment. • Conduct quality assurance inspections and installations. Qualifications for the Biomed Equipment Technicians II and III include: • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience with board level troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on general and specialized biomedical equipment. • Must have experience repairing. /Troubleshooting Philips monitoring equipment • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment • Excellent computer skills, able to update IP addresses, and port speed/duplex, install printers • Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Biomedical Engineering- CBET (preferred but not necessary) Compensation for the Biomed Equipment Technicians II and III include: • Salary Range is $52,624-$99,798 dependent upon experience • Eligible for Overtime • Comprehensive benefits package
