Building Maintenance Person Needed

We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Person to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of our buildings. You will perform maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, light electrical work and landscaping. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with others as a team.

SKILLS:

2 plus years as maintenance technician

Basic understanding of electrical, and plumbing

Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

MUST BE RELIABLE.

This is a full-time position.
