Job Family: People & OrganizationReq ID: 327696Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) Hire to Retire (H2R) team in the US is searching for an H2R Business Analyst to interface with internal stakeholders such as, H2R Functional Owners, Customer Demand Organization, Finance and GBS Business Lines by facilitating accurate and timely data for contracted services. This person will gather, analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources and identify opportunities to drive operational strategy, improve customer experience and maintain accurate billing.Area of Responsibility:H2R Business SupportLeverage data to identify opportunities to optimize process, service offerings and customer related needs

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and interpret data from a variety of systems including Oracle Fusion, Workday, CRM, Pulse dashboards, automated billing engine, etc.

Partner with internal H2R service lines to define research questions, business case analysis and strategic planning

Focus on Hire to Retire activities, services and tools

Product ManagerProvide comprehensive knowledge of H2R products and ensures service catalog attributes are accurate and up to date

Develop financial and end user centric business cases to support future products in collaboration with Finance and Customer Demand Manager

Defines and aligns local H2R portfolio & service strategy with Global Service lines

Financial SupportAdminister billing support across service lines to ensure timely and accurate data

Provide business administration support to drive financial performance

Main Activities:Analyze data to support business case of a potential project and ensures the value of the project outweighs the cost of requirements

Create data visualizations and story board to communicate results and impact

Prepare scheduled reports for leadership, present findings and make recommendations as appropriate

Respond to on-demand data requests related to H2R

Administer and action data issues and provide required information/data as requested

Maintain product catalog, customer master records to support automated billing solution

Ensure data source reports are delivered on a timely basis for data integration, reporting and billing

Work with the Pulse Consumption Analyst to help develop an effective solution support plan for product issues, including product enhancements/updates

Facilitate GBS Billing Engine system item resolution within the H2R Business Line

Translates Customer Demand into Operations and display Operations Capability to CRM (customer relationship management)

Support overall financial targets such Profit Margin and Savings Contribution

Education:BS/BA in related discipline required, advanced degree a plus.

Required Skills and Capabilities:HR Shared Services experience preferred

5 plus years of experience analyzing HR data to facilitate improved decision making and story boarding

Strong communication/presentation skills

Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.

Have a positive “can do” attitude focused on solutions.

Independent worker who takes initiative.

Strategic thinker who is process oriented.

Experience working on multiple complex tasks.

Wiliness to travel up to 25%
