A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and solve complex problems with critical thinking and attention-to-detail.What will you do?• Work with management to develop and implement strategies to gain team efficiencies, including workflow optimization, database maintenance and data cleansing projects.• Create, analyze, and distribute reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel based on requests received from internal departments• Create automated process using SQL, R, Python or other programming languages• Gather and document business requirements. Working closely with internal teams, to identify process improvement opportunities.• Take lead to resolve issues, develop solutions, and engage other support groups (IT, Finance, Portfolio Management) as needed to solve problems.• Manage standard operating procedures and work instructions that incorporate the team’s processes and ensure these documents are always updated in the online Master Control Management system.How will you get here?Education• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business or related disciplineExperience• Minimum of two years analytical work experience• Minimum of two years of experience with SQL, R, Python or other programming language• Advanced Microsoft O365 Skills such as Power BI, Get and Transform (Power Query), Power Automate• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities• Experience with Oracle master data management tools (nice to have)
