- Develop a thorough knowledge of the market, our competitors and the solutions and services that Fidato provides
- Develop partnership relationships with new/potential clients executive level personnel in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit and IT
- Formulating and executing best practices in generating leads, tracking opportunities and leveraging BDM services
- Managing account timeline, budget and other critical administration responsibilities
- Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Assist the practice leaders in the creation of proposals for engagements
- Work with consulting staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the CRM
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of Fidato's people and capabilities
- Understand Fidato's goal and purpose to help enhance the company's performance Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree
- At least 5 years of business development experience in the client services arena
- Strong networking and persuasion skills
- Experience prospecting new clients
- Ability to research client's needs and identify client challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven closing skillsand motivation for sales
- Strong knowledge of the Philadelphia Market
- Ability to meet sales goals
- High level of professionalism
- Experience with Microsoft Office
