We are working with a client in need of a qualified CDX Business Process Analyst. The CDX Business Process Analyst position is responsible for the support of CDX Business that focus on the Customer Digital Experience. As part of the CDX technical team, they support business cases of digital technology based initiatives by providing the IT technical and functional expertise in defining those initiatives and business requirements.  Location: Hybrid/King of Prussia, PAProject Length: 6 Months PlusResponsibilities Develops clear picture of Current State processes and gaps to achieve future state.Leads projects to define new areas of improvement and prioritize process improvements.Participates in design reviews, develops recommendations for how to improve or redesign relevant digital capabilities, solutions or software tools to meet the needs of the business and improve the customer experience.Develops business process maps and translates functional requirements to hand over to Technology teams to build out system changes.Provide project management leadership to ensure all new initiatives are delivered on schedule as promised to the business.Assists in defining business case justification for new initiativesMakes recommendations on improvements to process, customer experience and overall organizational effectiveness via assigned efforts/projects.Leads technology design reviews, develops recommendations for how to improve or redesign relevant software tools to meet the needs of the company’s process design.Business end user expert in digital related technologies and solutions.Is a seasoned leader providing business analyst skills to quickly analyze and understand a new business requirement and translate back to IT to deliver solutions.Great attitude that always exudes a “can do” approachProven ability to build relationships within both business and ITStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for analyzing and evaluating business requirements of varying complexity to determine appropriate technology solutionStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet objectives and deadlinesProven experience building business case justifications and tracking the actual results after completion to validate the solution delivered what it set out to deliverAbility to understand how current and future technology impacts and set expectations across the organization. Ability to access and evaluate new requirements in an agile framework, defining work in terms of user stories and other agile methodizes.
