Cabinetmaker assistant

Cabinetmaker Assistant in a small, well-established, high-end, custom furniture and cabinetry shop attention to detail, physical dexterity, adaptability, positive attitude are requirements also, experience with major power tools, hand tools, and shop work is necessary. Part-time to full-time depending on experience and fit. You will participate in all aspects of custom furniture fabrication and shop maintenance/cleaning milling lumber; tool upkeep; furniture fabrication, assembly, and delivery; finishing, etc A great opportunity to learn and grow skills in a small, high end shop. Please have a valid driver's license and transportation. Shop Cat on site. All candidates will be asked to display experience with various shop tools (Jointer, planer, sanders, etc) during interview.
