Cash Application Specialist

Description We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Manheim, Pennsylvania. This role involves processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records in a dynamic environment. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will also be tasked with resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts. This role offers an opportunity for a long-term contract.This is a Hybrid role.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer payments including cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices and maintaining records. Utilize various accounting software systems to manage and track customer payments. Perform data processing tasks to ensure the accuracy of customer records. Utilize knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) to maintain accurate customer credit records. Handle automated clearing house (ACH) transactions and other billing functions. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Use Epic Software and Epic System for various accounting functions. Keep track of cash activity and perform cash applications as needed.
