- Education: Minimum Associates degree with excellent years of experience ( Candidate should be comfortable with evening meeting hours)

- Technologies/software/application skills desired - Veeva Vault, Microsoft Office suite including Project Planner and Team's. Experience with Nintex and SharePoint preferred.

- Experience supporting the creation of automated solutions for deployments and builds
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaborate with team members both in person and via collaboration tools
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Experienced in managing to contract; ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform in accordance with original agreement.
- The Automation PM/BA Lead is responsible for delivering and supporting automation solutions for global market stakeholders and for multiple project initiatives.
- Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders through the requirements, qualification, Proof-of-Concept, prototype, and MVP phases to ensure alignment and clear understanding of automation process impacts and interdependencies
- Lead and provide estimates, formalize release plans, and implementation schedules/dependencies, including managing and communicating the roadmap for multiple solutions.
- Manage and track Agile activities to deliver (and scale) each automation solution to the markets
- Daily sprint calls/huddles with teammates/agile methodology
- Develop training, implementation and change management plans for automation solutions and process improvements
- Development and implementation of build release pipelines with personal accountability for managing deployment schedules, issues, risks, and impediments.
- Interface and communicate with project team, management, and other key stakeholders, with an ability to liaise between the business and IT.
- Provide training and lead the implementation and change management plans to markets
- Working with markets on launch cycle status, UAT testing to production.
- Manage the measurement of success metrics and monitor change progress
- Develop and implement communication activities as needed.
