Immediately hiring full time Production Associate that will be responsible for working in this production/ manufacturing environment, located in the South Philadelphia area . The production worker will be responsible for reading ingredient sheets, mixing raw materials, loading products into blenders or hoppers, and ensure the production process runs smoothly. Prior experience working off of batch sheets or ingredients sheets, weighing material, loading the material into the blender or hopper machines, as well as operating a sit down forklift to move the material to the production lines.If interested please apply by submitting your resume with the best contact information for us to reach out and speak more about this opportunity and next steps.Responsibilities

Read ingredient sheets and mix raw materials accurately.

Load products into blenders or hoppers.

Pre-weigh and compound ingredients.

Operate sit-down forklift as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Pick up trash, complete paperwork, and make boxes.

Utilize vacuum systems for cleaning.

Adhere to GMP standards and safety protocols.

Essential Skills

Manufacturing experience.

Experience in batch making and mixing ingredients.

Knowledge of raw materials and compounding.

Sit-down forklift operation experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

General production and labor skills.

Experience with batching, blending, and production processes.

Capability to work in a high-temperature environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
