Location: Blue Bell, PA Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually Description: Civil Engineer

Currently seeking to add to our staff a Civil Engineer with 2 to 7+ years of project management experience (EIT or PE preferred).

Candidates shall have the ability to work and interact with clients; local planning boards and municipal engineers; effectively manage project budgets and schedules; and supervise design staff.

We are interested in an individual's work ethic, initiative, and personality.

Responsibilities:

-Design of Commercial and Residential land development/subdivision and construction documents and industrial projects.

-Sketch and land development plans.

-Grading and utilities design.

-Environmental permitting including NPDES.

-NPDES Storm water management design.

-Floodplain modeling and hydraulic analysis.

-Erosion and sedimentation control design.

-Sanitary storm water piping design.

-Managing multiple projects, client relationships and project teams/design staff.

-Develop project scope and budget and tracking actual performance.

-Develop strategic plans and project design budgets and tracking actual performance against plans.

-Provide independent technical and quality control reviews to assure delivery of quality products.

-Serve as technical advisor to team members.

-Set team performance standards and monitor implementation against project goals, budgets and deadlines.
