M-F; 830a-500p; 40hrs./wkHybrid – 2 days on-site (M-W)QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Business or related area with 2 years related experience OR a minimum of 5 years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree is required.Oncology business experience for 5+ years is strongly preferred. Experience working with Totality and other compliance tools is also preferred. Analytical skills and attention to detail are required. Strong influencing skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization are required. Must be proficient in excel and other MS office tools. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and make decisions in an ambiguous environment is required.Job DescriptionThe Oncology Marketing Coordinator will report into the Group Product Director, Marketing Engagement and Education and will provide general support for Totality Requests, Contract Request Forms and other associated documents. An extensive knowledge of HCC policies, contracting procedures and relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely processing, is necessary. This position will alsoinclude general administrative support to members of the Oncology Marketing Leadership Team.Key Deliverables• Seamlessly process contracts and PO’s for the Oncology Marketing group by liaising with contracting and procurement• Connect with HCC regarding compliance issues/questions related to contract requests• Enter contract/PO/MSA/CR/contracting advice requests in system• Track requests on Totality/PO tracker for oncology marketing requests• Maintain and update as necessary Contract Request Form (CRF)• Enter project requests in the system after Totality submission are approved• Weekly meetings with brand leads, finance and contract analyst as need to complete project processing• Partner with brand teams and project owners to complete all “request for more information”• Creation of sharepoint and excel tracking for supporting documentation to be housed• Tracking of required documents on a central sharepoint site where all stakeholders can access information related to totality requests• Assist in effectively managing brand BME expenditures to approved budget• Enter Display Fee Totality ID# applications for the Meeting and Conventions Department• Participate in meetings with procurement and contracting to bring insights to Oncology Marketing on new processes and systems (ex: PRIZMA, ARIBA)• Stay updated on changes in contracting systems and relay information to Oncology marketing to ensure seamless transition to new contracting processesApplicants must provide their phone number.
