ResponsibilitiesThe Closing Coordinator Supervisor will serve as the immediate supervisor for the closing coordinators including hands-on involvement in daily monitoring of pipeline, workflow, quality and maintains a highly motivated, well-trained staff. The role will allocate appropriate resources to ensure seamless production in periods of peak volume and/or short staffing. The role will also perform loan closings tasks as described in the Closing Coordinator job description as needed to ensure team continues to meet established turn-time requirements. The role will ensure all policies and procedures are current and adhered to while all compliance guidelines are met and act as primary contact for all closing questions and communication between sales and operations.The role will manage and oversee daily operations of Closing functions to ensure efficient and accurate information is documented in the system of record and assign files to Closers to ensure equitable distribution of workload. The Closing Coordinator Supervisor will conduct periodic audits of random samples of closed loans to ensure all closing packages are prepared accurately and review current practices and policy and procedures, provides recommendations to management regarding changes that may enhance member service or improve efficiency within the department. The role will work with the Quality Assurance/Audit to review exceptions to ensure future compliance. The role will assist with the interview process for newly hired staff and trains incoming closing staff and attend/assist Assistant Vice President Quality Assurance and Closing with closing meetings. Finally, the role will provide input on employee performance reviews, administers time clock and payroll information, and assists with approval of vacation requests.
This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our Headquarters (in Enola, PA) 1-2 days per week. This position may require in-person trainingSKILLS:

Qualifications
5-7 years of related experience in Mortgage Lending
2-3 years of Sr. Closing Coordinator Role Experience in Leadership, Performance Management and Staff Development
