Our client, a leader in their field, is in search of a Director of Sales to join their team. Ideal candidates will be willing be responsible for overseeing the sales program including promoting growth and growing your team.This is an integral part of the leadership team. There is the expectation to represent the organization at industry-related conferences.   • Create new and strengthen relationships between the clients, community, and company
  • Oversee and manage the sales program including promotions and events
  • Serve as liaison between multiple departments including marketing, promotions, and growth to ensure sales goals are met and the overall company growth is healthy
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure KPIs are met
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in outside sales required
  • Experience mentoring and growing a sales team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to attend functions outside of normal business hours as required (i.e. for promotional events or activities)
  • Strong leadership skills
