Process customer credit applications using ADP - Financial Services. Utilize Epic Software to manage customer information and billing functions. Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to Accounts Receivable (AR). Respond to customer inquiries by answering inbound calls. Coordinate billing functions and claim administration duties.
