Process customer credit applications using ADP - Financial Services. Utilize Epic Software to manage customer information and billing functions. Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to Accounts Receivable (AR). Respond to customer inquiries by answering inbound calls. Coordinate billing functions and claim administration duties. Proficiency in handling billing functions. Familiarity with claim administration processes. Understanding and implementation of collection processes. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential. Familiarity and experience with Accurint. Prior use of ADP - Financial Services is required. Experience in CRM is necessary.
