Description Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Counsel to join their team in Greater Philadelphia area. In this role, you will play a vital role in managing legal matters related to their commercial real estate portfolio. You will be expected to provide legal counsel on acquisitions and other related areas of commercial real estate. This Senior Real Estate Attorney to focus exclusively on industrial acquisitions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions, directly contributing to corporate strategic real estate investments.Responsibilities:-Lead and manage industrial real estate acquisitions, ensuring efficient and strategic deal execution.-Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements for acquisitions.-Provide legal counsel on transaction structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.-Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.Requirements
Strong experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably within the industrial sector.
Background in either law firm or in-house environments (both are considered).
Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements.
Ability to navigate complex real estate transactions with precision and efficiency.
Competitive salary ($200K–$300K) with high-level deal exposure.
