Description A premier Philadelphia-based property group is seeking a commercial real estate paralegal to support its real estate transactions and financing operations. This role will focus on due diligence, title and survey review, transactional closing documentation, and acquisitions, as well as assisting with financings, including estoppels and SNDA agreements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.This role is in-house. Assist in due diligence review and tracking for real estate acquisitions and financings.
Conduct title and survey reviews, identifying and addressing any issues.
Prepare, review, and manage real estate transactional closing documentation and settlement sheets.
Coordinate and assist with closing acquisitions and financing transactions, including drafting and reviewing estoppels and SNDA agreements.
Liaise with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain organized records of all transaction-related documents.
3+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial real estate.
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title and survey review, and financing procedures.
Experience preparing and reviewing closing documents, estoppels, and SNDAs.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
