The Coordinators will be responsible for successfully administering the Community Resource Corps, a citywide program designed to connect residents to anti-poverty benefits and resources. The ideal candidate for this role will  be a fast paced and innovative problem solver, who excels at building trusting relationships and managing equity  centered community engagement programs within low wealth and multicultural communities. We’re hiring multiple Coordinators to specialize in different aspects of this program, including data management and field development. Candidates are encouraged to apply,  even if they do not have experience in all these areas. The duties, competencies and qualifications below are exhaustive to include the responsibilities of our entire Coordinator team.Essential FunctionsThese positions require a mix of telework and in person duties, including evening and weekend hours. Each of our Coordinators will complete these standard essential functions:Supervise a regional team of between four (4) and five (5) part time members.   Support setting and measuring program goals.Support in compiling and submitting program reports.Support in conducting annual member recruitment, hiring and onboarding.Support in offboarding processProvide training and support the entire corps in respective areasCollectively as a team of coordinators, hold members accountable for accomplishing goals, objectives and expectations of the programSupervise a member assignment teamIn addition to the standard essential functions above, the Field Coordinator will:Determine regional and citywide field assignments.Assist Data Coordinator in developing outreach campaigns using NGP VAN, MiniVAN and Hustle.Conduct research and collaborate with program partners to develop and execute community engagement best practices, canvassing strategies and outreach goals.Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders to expand the program’s reach and influence.Develop, determine and/ or compile City wide activities and events for members to attendDevelop, gather, and/or compile digital and physical materials for outreachTrain members and program staff on community engagement best practices.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.In addition to the standard essential functions above, the Data Coordinator will:Manage and maintain program databases, including but not limited to NGP VAN, Hustle, and MiniVan, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Manage and execute data collection and receipt processesWork alongside Field and Partnerships Coordinators to develop and run outreach campaignsConduct research and collaborate with program partners to develop data management and reporting processes, as well as integrate database systems and improve data sharing across the programTrain members and program staff on data management and reporting processes.Provide technical support to staff members using the databases and program technology, including training and troubleshooting.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.In your cover letter, please indicate which Coordinator position you’re applying for.Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Interest in making anti-poverty benefits and resources more accessible. Our team is currently hybrid with both virtual and in-office days, however the position can opt to come in the office each day if desired.
