- Identify business requirements & problems, and participate in assessing business RFPs, writing functional and technical design documents.

- Experience of working with headless CMS architecture with content management, APIs and React or similar front-end frameworks.

- Experience of multisite installation, multilingual setup.
- Experience of search engines and advanced search implementation using tools such as Solr, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch is desired.
- Knowledge of UI development using modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.
- Experience of working on migration projects from one CMS to another
- Experience of site building, content authoring, workflows, user roles & permissions setup.
- Good knowledge of performance optimization, caching, CDN, asset management, image optimization is desirable.
- Knowledge of HTTP and related concepts such as Session, Cookie, GET, POST. Knowledge of Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL (LAMP) stack.
- Knowledge of CI CD setup for large CMS platform, preferably using headless architecture.
- Knowledge of version management system (GIT) is must to have.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL is required.
- Knowledge of integration between CMS and third-party tools services.
