Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.The Contract Analyst, Professional Relations & Operations, is responsible for the execution of health care professional (HCP) and entity (HCPE) contracts related to consulting engagements. Areas of focus for this individual will include (but is not limited to) DePuy Synthes and Ethicon business area contract support for both DePuy Synthes and Ethicon.In addition, the Analyst will contribute as project lead on various process and systems improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Function as key solution-oriented business partner for key internal and external stakeholders within the business lines supported by PR&O

Collaborate directly with HCP consultants as needed in regard to executing contracts

Utilize business acumen & organizational skills to ensure that responses are made in a timely fashion and are in line with company policies

Collaborate closely with Healthcare Compliance, Business Partners, Law Department and Business Colleagues to ensure business needs are met

Identify correct contract templates to support service requests for HCP Consultants

Draft consulting contracts completely, accurately and on time to support service timing. Contract components include Fair Market Value Assessments, debarment/sanction checks, and any other relevant forms or documentation related to consulting agreements.

Upload contract documentation including CVs, relevant emails and executed contracts related to the Consulting agreements.

Apply strong communication skills including professional and comprehensive email communications as well as thoroughly analyzing business partner requests to respond to identified needs.

Adheres to all applicable U.S federal health care program laws and FDA regulations including the Physician Sunshine Act (Open Payments)

Actively support our compliance program-related initiatives and activities

QualificationsRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience in the medical device industry preferred; orthopedic experience preferred.

Strong Communication skills are required both written and verbal.

Experience with cross-functional teams and across a matrix organization is preferred

Prior experience in any of the following: Professional Education, Professional Relations, R&D, HCC, Medical Operations, Sales Training, Sales, Customer Quality, Sales Management, Marketing and/or Brand Marketing with a history of success is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Knowledge of federal health care program laws and FDA regulations and Open Payments expertise is preferred

Experience with cross-border responsibilities preferred

Ability to speak with Health Care Professionals and senior management clearly and concisely with regard to legal, (intellectual property, sign-off requirements, etc.) and health care compliance considerations, (service types, travel, meals, etc.)

Records management experience preferred

Responsibilities:Project Management

Project manage major PR&O projects as assigned (acquisitions, metrics, pro-active contract renewals, work instructions, job aids, process improvements

Icertis Contract Management system testing and tickets to enhance functionality and contract management

Communicate with HCP Consultants, as needed, when questions arise or are escalated to ensure positive PR&O experience

Collaborate closely with Healthcare Compliance, Business Partners, Law Department and Business Colleagues to ensure business needs are met in a timely and compliant manner

Assimilate necessary materials, as requested, in response to testing, audit or litigation requests

Work independently on contracts following established processes

Know and follow laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times. Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or Health Care Compliance. Actively support our compliance program-related initiatives and activities.
