Contracts Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are looking for a Contracts Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This role involves a high degree of proficiency in contract administration and compliance, particularly within the mortgage industry. As a Contracts Attorney/Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing legal matters related to commercial contracts and consumer electronics, among other responsibilities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities Handle all legal matters related to commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Ensure contract compliance within various departments, and conduct regular audits to identify any potential issues. Apply knowledge of the mortgage industry to provide legal advice and guidance on mortgage compliance. Conduct briefings and presentations on complex legal matters related to contracts and commercial mortgages.
