We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems that will ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control systems that will ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement control strategies to optimize production and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and programming code.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of Controls Engineering.
  • Provide support to production teams to ensure that control systems are functioning properly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Controls Engineering.
  • Strong background in Siemens, Allen Bradley, PLC, and Controls Engineering.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
  • Experience with HMI programming and SCADA systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
