Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Senior Credit & Collections Generalist, this position is responsible for assessingthe creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers to minimize financial risk.Supports the corporate goal of maximizing profitability by protecting the companys investment in accountsreceivable.Assures the quality and integrity of accounts receivable by supporting the Credit and Collections Manageras well as field personnel as required.Resolves Credit CRM inquiriesResponds to notifications received via CRM within the expected timeframes.Monitors compliance of districts with respect to corporate policies and procedures. Where necessary andapplicable, report non-compliance concerns to manager of credit and collections.Maintains and coordinates the process of account information flow to outside collections agencies to ensureadherence with contractual terms and established guidelines.Participates in testing of systems/system enhancements as needed and provide appropriate feedback.Records bankruptcy notices and subsequent write-offs in SAP & Debtnext.Reviews and updates Debtnext action item requests.in the office three days a week Tues-ThursWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
