As a front counter attendant, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their dry cleaning, repair, and alteration needs.

A friendly demeanor is required to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.

You will also support the daily operations, including scanning and loading clothes onto the conveyor system and ensuring items are correctly sorted throughout the day.

Prior experience in customer service is required, as you’ll need strong communication skills to effectively assist and address customer needs.

Fluency in English is essential for clear and efficient communication with customers and team members.

Familiarity with leather cleaning and wedding gown services is preferred, as it will help you provide specialized guidance to customers seeking these services.

This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations.

Additional duties include, but not limited to:

Ensure clothes are accurately loaded and sorted as needed throughout the day.

Organize and check supplies for tailoring.

Answer customer calls and provide support as necessary.

Help with various daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
