Veolia Water Tech & Solutions is looking for a dedicated individual to deliver a great customer experience with each interaction while having a hand in making the world a better place. You will be working directly with our customers, sales team and other cross-functional partners to provide the best fulfillment experience possible. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, you will ensure that customer orders are managed with a combination of speed, quality and accuracy. This position will primarily be supporting the onboarding of new customers through the accurate and timely management of new contract setups and new master data setups in SAP.Key Characteristics Strong customer service mentalityAttention to detail and effective organizational skillsAbility to manage and track multiple activities Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures to daily workEffective communication skillsProfessional interaction and collaboration with internal and external customersDuties & Responsibilities Master Data Maintenance including updating business names, addresses, and contact informationNew Contract/Account Setup for multiple types including Know-Your-Customer checks, New Business Workflow, Tax Exempt Certificates, and D&B matchingReview documents to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresContract maintenance including updating dates, parts, pricing and service frequency. Ensure the billing plan matches the contract. Process cancellations and termination of serviceCreate and modify Preventive Maintenance orders
