Data Analyst

As a member of the Syndicated Data Management team, this position will support the day to day operational activities to ensure the IRI Custom database is delivered on-time and accurate. This position will work on operational activities such data validation projects, new item process, and new image process. The candidate must be detail oriented and a self-starter to ensure projects are completed accurately and on-time. Must have extensive experience using Microsoft Office 365 software and must be an expert in Excel creating formulas (vlookup/xlookup) and Pivot tables. Main Duties: Detailed data analysis Compiling data sets together in Excel and comparing to other like data sets Creating reports from a reporting solution Quickly learn team processes to be able to do the processes with little supervision Review product images and update detailed information about the product in Excel Typical Day: Detailed data analysis and provide overview of the data set that is being compared Bi-weekly, review product images and update detailed information about the product in Excel Respond to emails in a timely manner. Create documentation Top Three Technical Skills: Excel, experience with Business Intelligence solutions, experience working with data structures Must Haves (i.e., years of experience?): at least 1 yr experience of Advanced Excel experience and 1 yr experience of data analysis Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable): Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint. Excel will be used extensively for this position so candidate should be proficient in building formulas (vlookup, xlookup, etc)and pivot tables Industry Experience: preferred experience but not required with Consumer Product Goods or working with IRI and/or Nielsen Data.
