The Mastery Team develops and delivers product & skills training to Google sales & services teams, as well as external client & agency partners. We use our knowledge of learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences. Our team is made up of passionate learning professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and former consultants and program managers who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing key pillars of knowledge, skill and disciplined practice to help our audiences thrive in a world of increasing complexity. The Measurement & Learning Experience (LX) team within Mastery Learning Operations uses data and insights to define a competency- and role-based personalized end-to-end learning journey.Specifically, this team is responsible for defining a universal framework describing the learner's journey as they go through learning experiences (agnostic of role, tenure or context) and setting the high level cross-team strategy to deliver against this vision. This includes understanding what training is required or expected through a mapping of universal competencies, and measuring/quantifying if the learning demonstrated the impact throughbehavior change, capability development and ultimately business metrics. This helps ensure that measurement is an ongoing and iterative process that transforms Mastery's approach to understanding and meeting the demands of our learners.
