Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role requires end-to-end order processing for worldwide transport and demands a high level of client support to a defined set of customers. This is a temp-to-perm onsite position, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.Responsibilities: Manage customer orders and provide continuous support throughout the process. Handle the completion and compliance of necessary shipping documents. Perform high-volume data entry tasks related to tracking and tracing shipments. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer invoices to maintain customer satisfaction. Offer exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and support customer needs Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.If you have a knack for customer service, apply today!
