Data Entry Clerk

Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from various sources into our system, maintaining detailed records, and handling customer inquiries. This role is a short-term contract employment opportunity that will require you to work onsite.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain detailed customer credit records. Transfer data from spreadsheets to customer software, creating service work orders. Input detailed information such as parts names, pricing, and labor into the system. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to perform data entry tasks efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to their accounts. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Organize files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and accurate record keeping. Utilize your 10 Key Skills to perform calculations and data entry tasks. Handle email correspondence with customers and internal teams.
