Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Legal industry, based in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be tasked with keying in grant funds, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer service-related tasks. Responsibilities Accurately key in grant funds into the relevant system Ensure all customer records are accurate and up-to-date Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to organize and manage data Perform calculations as required and ensure all data entries are correct Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks Use email correspondence to communicate with customers and resolve inquiries Utilize 10 Key Skills to enhance data entry tasks Ensure regular scanning and organizing of files Typing and other administrative tasks as required.
