DBA engineer

• • Responsible for Oracle database administration activities such as planning, designing, building, monitoring, and support while ensuring performance, integrity and security of these very large database
  • Responsible to make sure that the data remains consistent across the active-active database, with replication occurring across data centers, backups occurring, and all data remains available with provisions for data security and recovery control
  • Monitor database performance and manage parameters to provide fast database responses to meet all Service Level Agreements
  • May involve in data migration activities so experience with large data migration activities is must.

• 5+ Years of experience with Oracle database administration
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and 1 more No SQL (Mongo DB, Couchbase )
• Ansible and Proficient in any Language – Scripting, Python
• Have exposure to Vmware, AWS or Openstack
• Must have excellent communications skills as well as excellent writing skills.
• Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills
