Defense Litigation Paralegal

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Defense Litigation Paralegal in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is centered around defense side litigation, and you'll be assisting a partner with a focus on personal injury defense, necessitating familiarity with NJ and PA e-filing systems. Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and Case Management Software to facilitate case handling. Engage in briefing and calendar management to ensure smooth operation of the litigation process. Undertake claim administration tasks, maintaining an organized approach. Deliver effective communication to all relevant parties, ensuring clarity and understanding of case progress. Employ your skills in defense litigation and personal injury defense to provide robust and effective support. Handle CompuLaw and billing functions to manage case-related expenses. Maintain accurate records and process credit applications to support the financial aspects of cases.
