Role: Responsible for implementation & architecture of the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) infrastructure and automation platforms. Responsible for the design, integration & troubleshooting of the build automation and deployment services. Work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders on the technical automation capabilities required to support software development lifecycle and release processes; and provide the resilient deployment infrastructure that is repeatable for application modernization and cloud deployments. Must be able to work effectively as a subject matter expert in CI/CD and Automation platforms to provide oversight for the IT Automation team, while helping to define the strategic direction and lead the delivery of work efforts for the team.

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of technical IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in dev-ops, CI/CD engineer, automation or similar job function
  • Possesses significant knowledge of script writing
  • Knowledge of software packing tools (.exe, Docker, etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (YAML, Groovy, shell, bash etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of version control tools
  • Strong working knowledge of security/vulnerability tools
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and architecture
  • Knowledge of IT service management processes and business change control processes
  • Strong proficiency in automating and optimizing processes
  • Strong working knowledge of complex technical concepts (software development, systems integration, automation, system/application architecture)
  • Strong working knowledge of automation tool (Rudder, Ansible, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline platform tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Postman, etc.)
