Responsibilities

This position will assist agency'sOperations Administration and IS&T units in the upgrade of the Cityworks system. Cityworks is currently used as the primary workorder system for external citywide incidents for agency
The current Cityworks environment is at version 2015 SP3. We are in the process of upgrading to version
15.7.3. As part of this upgrade, we have current Cityworks customizations that require conversion to APIs and webhooks. We also have some customizations that may require updating.
This position will be responsible for modernizing customizations thru APIs, webhooks, & automation working with our internal Cityworks team.
In addition, this position will facilitate the implementation of any necessary modifications or upgrades to the existing customizations that may be required to guarantee a successful upgrade.

Developing system modifications and customizations such as:

development of webhooks and APIs
Use of middleware for automation
Development of customizations still required
Troubleshooting
Testing
General technical support and guidance
Meeting attendance
Documentation
