Job DescriptionThe Marketing Co-op position is responsible for supporting the Workplace Experience Group Marketing & Development Team.This position will support the development of brand assets and tools to aid the Field Marketing Teams and Sales Teams to drive critical business initiatives, including sales growth; market penetration; customer retention; client acquisition and retention; client value creation; and improved margins and market share within the Workplace Experience Group Portfolio of Brands and Strategic Brand Partners.https://www.aramark.com/industries/business-and-government/workplace-experience-groupThe role is responsible for supporting marketing strategy, market insights, promotions, merchandising standards, and communication for the purpose of creating demand among clients and consumers of products, services, and brands.Job ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions in collaboration with the WXG Marketing Directors:Develop tools to deliver on the strategic initiatives with a focus on profitable growthDrives changes that result in profitable incremental business growth for WXG using relevant insights and trendsPartners with WXG cross-functional teams and corporate partners to achieve goalsEnsures programs have a solid business case and a positive return on investmentSupports revenue-building initiatives: increases market penetration and revenue in multiple channels; assuresrecommended pricing; follows established guidelines for profitabilityCommunicates trends and keeps the customer top of mind in strategies, programs, and implementationCommunicates and supports training for all strategies, brand programs, and processes to operational teamsQualificationsCo-op is only available to current undergraduate students attending Drexel UniversityEnrolled in a Bachelor's Degree programStrong organizational and time management skills requiredLeadership skills, inclusive of supervisory responsibilities, team lead in a club/organization, and/or project managementThe ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with customers, clients, employees, and leadershipThe ability to manage through change and ambiguity in a fast pace environmentEducationAbout AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
