Support the development and execution of Analytics strategic plan in alignment with the Network strategic plan under guidance of Senior Director and Leveraging Data Steering Committee

Serve as a network-wide resource and thought leader in managing healthcare data as a strategic asset and leveraging that data to improve quality, reduce cost, improve patient satisfaction, and build market share

Lead and provide direct supervision to multi-disciplinary team. Work with leadership and staff to ensure high employee satisfaction, according to priorities set by employee surveys and network leadership

Promote employee and customer satisfaction through the delivery of timely, secure, high-quality data. Develop people, processes, and tools to ensure continuous improvement

Facilitate the professional development of staff to build bench strength and improve employee satisfaction

Develop and promote partnerships and programs to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality, cost-effective resources to achieve Analytics & BI program development and operational goals

Maintain awareness of new developments and best practices in healthcare data management and analytics. Make recommendations to senior leadership for future investments to further the strategic priorities of the Network

Oversee the development and administration of Analytics & BI applications such as the EDW platform, data integration, and master data management tools; Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint; R Studio; Optum Symmetry episode grouper; Optum Market Advantage; ESRI GeoAnalytics toolset

Support and promote data and analytics governance to continually improve quality. Continually seek out opportunities to improve coordination and governance across the network and serve as a network leader and resource in this area

Serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of healthcare data management, data analysis, and the visual communication of data. Support and promote the continuous improvement of data management and analytics capabilities across the network

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 1 hours a day, 15 minutes at a time. Requires hand and finger dexterity to use computer equipment. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Master's degree strongly preferred.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 4-8 years progressive experience in a relevant analytics function, 5-7 years in supervisory roles.
