Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Marketing in the Banking industry. The role involves developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies, managing both internal and external communications, and overseeing digital strategies. This role is 5 days per week in office, and candidate must have banking experience. Responsibilities: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various platforms such as email, website, text message, direct mail, and social media advertising. Manage internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency. Lead the digital marketing initiatives and strategies to increase brand awareness and reach. Formulate and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to boost the company's online presence. Direct content marketing efforts, ensuring the creation of high-quality and engaging content. Utilize skills in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Utilize Facebook Insights to understand customer preferences and behaviors, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Plan and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring effective use of resources for maximum impact. Oversee the management of marketing collateral to support marketing and sales efforts. Coordinate marketing events to promote the company's products and services.Requirements Proven experience in the banking industry, with a focus on marketing strategy and execution Mastery in the use of Content Management Systems (CMS) to oversee and control digital content Proficient in leveraging CRM systems for improved customer interactions and marketing efforts Demonstrable experience with Facebook Insights for data-driven decision making Expertise in Google AdWords for targeted advertising and lead generation Profound knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and understanding website performance Substantial experience in planning, developing, and executing effective advertisements Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies within the banking sector Proven ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Experience in collateral management, ensuring marketing materials align with brand guidelines Solid background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
