We have the most talented team of knowledgeable people who work together to deliver on our promise of integrity, strength and innovation.Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time District Manager to join our team in Monessen, PA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage overall operations in a cost-effective manner and operate continually within approved expenditure and management policies.

Identify and coordinate operation requirements in order to provide a timely, cost-efficient quality service.

Train, motivate and develop staff to ensure continually high standard of performance.

Identify customer requirements and ensure satisfactory industrial relations in order to provide a timely, cost efficient and quality service.

Accountable for achieving or improving the assigned district annual budget and goals.

Review financial statements and departmental reports and directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and engineering, and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.

Research and seek out prospective projects through phone calls, travel, and conferences.

Provide support to upper management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and alliance development projects.

Determine the needs of assigned districts, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.

Responsible for all Quality, QHSE, and DOT compliance.

Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.

Maintain a professional appearance and communication style in dealing with customers and coworkers.

Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage employees directly or through subordinate supervisors. Perform all management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

Minimum of five years related experience.

Drilling systems background and downhole tool knowledge required.

Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
