Document Processing Specialist

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This team is tasked with scanning and uploading documents and personnel files into an internal database. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity- with the possibility to extend the assignment into 2025. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of old files in a warehouse/desk setting. Responsibilities: Manage the disassembly of personnel files in preparation for scanning. Perform the scanning of personnel files, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the digital copies. Maintain a thorough and detail-oriented approach to ensure the complete and accurate scanning of all documents.Requirements Possess basic knowledge in office management and administrative tasks Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners Familiarity with personnel file maintenance and data management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamInterested candidates are encouraged to apply to this fast-moving position!
