ResponsibilitiesThe Enterprise Content Management Support and Imaging Specialist role is responsible for maintaining the credit union's enterprise content management system, which supports the records management infrastructure across the credit union. The role helps ensure records are maintained in a manner compliant with regulations as well as the credit union's Corporate Record Retention Schedule. It also exists to ensure and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of credit union records and information.

The position supports the imaging, hardware, and document workflow applications by analyzing, enhancing, and testing the application. The role creates and manages electronic records in accordance with the retention schedule. Additionally, this role partners with business units to understand their business requirements, and streamline, automate, and improve recods management processes and documentation. The ECM Support and Imaging Specialist operates and maintains the scanning equipment and perfoms, performs the imaging and indexing of corporate records, and analyzes document types and requirements from business units, making supporting recommendations. It also performs quality control checks on records imaged to achieve desired accuracy standards.SKILLS
