NTT DATA's Client is seeking a EDI Support Analyst to independently manage EDI support issues/requests received by troubleshooting errors impacting systems, prioritize and execute tasks to severity levels, communicate updates, and provide professional, timely escalations. Monitor mainframe and server queues for errors and issues. Analyze, correct, and reprocess invalid XML and EDI data for failed transactions, as needed. Perform audits throughout the day for key customer accounts. Assist eProcurement team with setting up new B2B customers within various in-house systems. Create SOPs for tasks performed by this position, as needed. Perform basic mapping changes, as needed. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: HS Diploma and 1-2 years' experience working in a Help Desk or Application Support environment that requires unscripted trouble shooting responses. Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Clear professional communication skills interpersonal, written and verbal. Intermediate analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Experience providing day-to-day EDI support (reprocessing files, modifying X12 or flat files, documenting/training, notifying teammates when there are data quality or mapping issues, etc.) Understanding of EDI concepts including transaction set structure, standards compliance, and communication concepts is a plus. Experience with EDI translator is a plus. Working knowledge of AS2, SFTP, and other communications protocols is a plus. Familiarity with different market places such as Ariba, Jaggaer, Hubwoo, Coupa, GHX is a plus.
