RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is End User Support Technician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA).
Summary:Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual to help administer, operate, maintain our IT environments, provide high quality end-user support for Microsoft Office 365, and other applications. This person will work with remote users along with others on the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a motivated technologist who can interact as easily with end users, and business leaders as technical staff.Responsibilities include: Provide end-user support to resolve office 365 and other problems Administer Office 365 tenant End User Support Technician works on user account administration Salesforce deployment support Create documentation and knowledge articles End User Support Technician will monitor systems for alerts and other anomaliesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 3+ years of experience supporting End Users 2+ years of supporting Microsoft Office 365 1+ years of supporting cloud infrastructure Active Directory knowledge Basic knowledge of system and networking technologies Azure AD knowledge an advantage Salesforce knowledge an advantage Basic knowledge of Virtual Desktop support an advantage Must be available for on-call rotation Be able to support multiple mobile devices Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information Client requires a COVID-19 vaccination: Kforce grants reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities and/or for sincerely held religious beliefs, and in accordance with applicable lawKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
