Duration: 6 Months Contract + Possible Extension

Job Description:

Terms of Employment
  • W2 Contract, 6 Months
  • Location: Remote
  • Candidates who are local (to Chicago, Kennett Square or Baltimore) have the ability to report onsite in a hybrid capacity (starting in May) but fully remote is permitted as well.

Overview
  • Looking for 2 senior recruiters to join an existing team of around 35 people due to volume.
  • Should be familiar with recruiter design and systems engineers, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, etc
  • The current workload for each recruiter is currently between 40-50 requisitions and the manager is hopeful to decrease this to no more than 30 reqs/recruiter.
  • Targeting someone that can drive candidates to pursue our open positions utilizing LinkedIn and other databases, as well as connect with applicants that have applied directly to job postings.
  • There will be a sourcing team that supports the Senior Recruiter on an administrative basis.
  • A mid-level recruiter or senior recruiter with Taleo experience is strongly preferred.
  • This is a high volume, fast paced environment. The contractor should be able to be organized and handle a high requirement load with several managers/clients.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for high volume full lifecycle recruiting for assigned clients.
  • Based on business needs, source candidates and develop diverse slates of candidates.
  • Positions range from Security Officers to Analyst/Sales positions.
  • Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
  • Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews.
  • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, administer pre-employment assessments, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
  • Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS):
  • Posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Someone currently pursuing one will be considered as well.
  • Experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Comfortability communicating with hiring managers and ensuring movement on the positions.
  • Experience managing high volume recruiting experience of positions
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel (for tracking purposes)
  • Should be highly organized
  • Comfortability using LI Recruiter/Indeed

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Taleo ATS experience
