Title: Enterprise Planning & Architecture

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job DescriptionAs a part of its work, the Park and Recreation Department (PPR) manages thousands of physical assets that need to be adequately inventoried, managed, and maintained. To this end, since 2016 PPR has utilized Wizard Software’s Performo (CMMS) system to manage its work orders and assets. However, given the Department’s growth and the technological development in the asset management world, PPR is seeking to take its current work order management system and move into an asset management system that can better handle the size of our environment with more of a focus on asset level management. The future of PPR asset management should run on a cloud-based server, tie into GIS/ESRI systems, handle inventory management, and expand upon the current level of work order management. The Department is seeking support developing business and technical requirements for said system.

Scope of Work

Current State: Gain a full understanding of the business processes surrounding current work order and asset management practices and document these practices.Desired Future State: Capture PPR’s stakeholders wishes regarding the new system.Requirement and Framework DevelopmentConduct Vendor Market AnalysisIssue Recommendations
