Entry-level technical new hires are eligible to participate in AECOM's Graduate Development Program (GDP), a program designed to support assimilation into the organization, help with technical development planning toward licensure (or other early technical milestones), and with creating a foundation of knowledge necessary for future career success.

As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will work with multi-discipline project teams in developing a range of engineering solutions from initial concepts to detailed design development and through construction. This is a diverse role that will involve your contributions and insight into the effective delivery of the department’s current and future portfolio of projects.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and strengthen analytical and design skills.Assist with engineering design tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers.Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematics, and final working drawings.Collect, organize, and analyze data to support engineering decisions.Utilize engineering software to solve basic technical problems.Contribute to project work while adhering to established budgets and schedules.
