Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Environmental and Health departmentAs our new Construction Manager, you will be part of our team of Engineers, Construction Managers, and Project Managers making a difference on a variety of Environmental and EPCM projects every day.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:LeadershipProvide hands-on leadership and direction to project teams with a focus on aligning daily production with project and business goals and performance expectationsDirect oversite of subcontractors including review of schedule milestones, conflict resolution, change management and cost trackingProject DeliveryDrives project team to follow project plans, project objectives, and scope of work while tracking potential change orders. Ensures daily safety procedures, permits and paperwork is completed correctly and timelyActive management of work-in-process to understand schedule and budget performance against plan. Proactively identifies and implements corrective actions to achieve project performance metrics.Reviews completed work with Project Manager to ensure billing and cost forecasting is accurateMonitors percent complete and updates schedule accordingly.Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
